Making a deposit of 50% secures your child’s place in camp.

Your deposit will be applied evenly to your entire session. This means that each week, the balance due will be 50% of that week’s fee. Weekly balances are due each Monday.

Late pickup fee: $5 the first minute, $1 minute after. 

All cancellations or session changes must be submitted in writing.

The right to refuse enrollment and to dismiss or withdraw any camper whose influence or actions are deemed dangerous or incompatible to the camp community or who do not comply with camp rules and policies shall be solely retained by Mathletics.

Cancellations made (in writing via email) at least two months before the start of a session: All tuition returned less $100.

Cancellations made (in writing via email) one month to two months before the start of a session: All tuition returned less $200. 

Cancellations made within one month of the start of a session: No refund.

Campers sent home for disciplinary reasons or because of homesickness:  No refund.

Campers sent home due to illness or injury:  No refund.
